Amidst
coronavirus spread and social distancing, Facetime has become quite a
rage. No, we are not talking about the Facetime and Facebook on your
smartphone screens, we are talking about your facetime, literally.
With all that extra time in hand, a little skincare would not hurt.
Here
are some facemask recipes that are easy and simple. No long prep
time, no complicated ingredients; most things you would be able to
find in your pantry.
Go
on, pamper yourself!
For
oily skin
Ingredients:
1
teaspoon Agave nectar
1/4th
teaspoon Matcha
2
tablespoon Kaolin clay
1
ml CBD Oil
½
teaspoon Rose Water
Directions:
- Gently mix all ingredients (except rose) in a plastic, silicon bowl, melamine, Chinaware or glass bowl. Avoid using a metal bowl for this.
- Once all the other ingredients are mixed in the bowl, add rose water. The mixture should turn into a fine paste that’s neither too thick nor too watery, it should be just right to be applied on the skin. Apply it over your face and neck, leave for 10-15 mins, and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
Since
the mask is intended to absorb excess oil, it might feel tight on
your skin as it dries up. That’s perfectly normal. Just sit calm
and do not stretch your skin while the mask is on it.
